U.S. Bank sues for more than $112,000

GRETNA – U.S. Bank National Association filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Qutrelia Raymond Scott for an overdue balance of more than $112,000.

The plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance on a mortgage. The suit states that the defendant has failed to keep up with payments on a property. 

The plaintiff has made amicable demands but they have been to no avail. The defendant remains negligent in the sums due of $112,955.96 plus an interest of 3.875% per year until paid.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason R. Smith of Dean Morris in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
