GRETNA – Midland Funding filed a complaint on Nov. 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Pamela Campbell.
The plaintiff is seeking damages of $1,578.00 plus interest of 5 percent.
The plaintiff alleges that they have made amicable demand to the defendant; however the defendant has remained negligent on the sums due to the plaintiff.
