GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking over $11,000 on an open account.

Bank of America filed a complaint on Oct. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Stephanie M. Miles.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance that the plaintiff is seeking. The defendant owes $11,519.41 plus interest on a credit card and that the plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail as the defendant still remains negligent in the sums due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
