GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking more than $21,000 in sums due.

Discover Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ralph E. Babcock and Janice M. Babcock.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in an open account for the balance of $21,444.58 plus interest, alleging the defendants have remained negligent on the account. The suit states that the account stemmed from a Discover Card balance. The plaintiff has made amicable demand to the defendants but to no avail.

The defendants are accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Everette Altdoerffer of Stephen Bruce & Associates in Edmond, Oklahoma.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
