GC Global Strategies claims housing corporation owes it over $5.3 million

NEW ORLEANS – A strategy company is seeking over $5 million in sums due.

GC Global Strategies LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 13 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Artie T. Fletcher, Technology and Management LLC, and Interurban Housing Corp.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a promissory note. The suit states the defendant has remained negligent in the balance due, despite amicable demands from the plaintiff. The defendant is indebted to the plaintiff in the balance of $5.37 million plus interest for the balance accrued.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a promissory note.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney J. Patrick Gaffney of Carver, Darden, Koretzky, Tessier, Finn, Blossman & Areaux LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge D. Nicole Sheppard.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 2018-11421.
