NEW ORLEANS – A condo association is seeking more than $7,400.

1201 Canal Condominium Association LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Christopher Ivan Lund.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a promissory note. The suit states the defendant has remained negligent in the balance due, despite amicable demands from the plaintiff. The defendant is indebted to the plaintiff in the balance of $7,466.05 plus interest on the total balance accrued.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a promissory note.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Geoffrey Elkins in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney Cates IV.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 2018-10828.
