NEW ORLEANS – An LLC is seeking over $298,000.
Fowler Rodriguez LLC filed a complaint on Oct 15 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Donald Rulh Jr.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account the defendant has failed to pay off. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the balance owed for services delivered. Currently, the defendant is indebted for the balance of $298,590.15 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Tara Farris Zeller of Spell & Spell in Covington.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Melvin Zeno.
