Navy Federal Credit Union claims it is owed over $16,000

NEW ORLEANS – A credit union is seeking more than $16,000 in sums due.

Navy Federal Credit Union filed a complaint on Oct. 4 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Donnell Carroll Jr.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account the defendant has failed to pay off. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the balance owed for services delivered. Currently, the defendant is indebted for the balance of $16,774.55 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Everette Altdoerffer of Stephen Bruce & Associates in Edmond, Oklahoma.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Melvin Zeno.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 2018-9994.
