GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $3,400 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ruth Forrest.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account the defendant has failed to pay off. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the balance owed for services delivered through the use of a credit card. The defendant is indebted for the balance of $3,452.29 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
