GRETNA – A bank is seeking over $10,000 in sums due.

Regions Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jessica A. Falgout and Byron M. Falgout.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid account that the defendant has failed to pay off. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the balance owed for services delivered. Currently, the defendant is indebted for the balance of $10,082.31 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a promissory note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Ashley Arnold of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789611.
