UMB Bank claims it is owed more than $216,000 for services delivered

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $216,000 in sums due.

UMB Bank National Association as legal title trustee of LMAT Legal Title Trust 2014-RPLI filed a complaint on Nov. 9 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Koen J.S. Witte. 

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid account the defendant has failed to pay off. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the balance owed for services delivered. Currently, the defendant is indebted for the balance of $216,457.06 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a promissory note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Corey Giroir of the Law Office of Herschel Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789181.
