Synchrony Bank claims it's owed more than $1,000

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $1,000.

Synchrony Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 16 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Alfred Boudreaux.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account the defendant has failed to pay off. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the balance owed for services delivered in the form of a credit card. Currently, the defendant is indebted for the balance of $1,012.74 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789631.
