Capital One is seeking more than $3,800 in sums due

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $3,800 in sums due from a customer.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Brett D. Spiess.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has remained negligent on a balance owed. The plaintiff is seeking payment for the balance of $3,849.89 accumulated on a credit card. Despite amicable demand, the defendant has yet failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
