GRETNA – A capital systems company is seeking more than $1,700 in sums due from a customer.
Jefferson Capital Systems LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Bijoly Deronvil.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance due. The plaintiff alleges it is owed $1,777.38 plus interest from the defendant. Despite amicable demand, the defendant has failed to pay the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.
