GRETNA – A capital systems company is seeking over $2,700 in sums due.
Jefferson Capital Systems LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Walter L. Miles.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has remained negligent in the balance due. The plaintiff is seeking payment in the balance of $2,748.33 plus interest from the defendant. Despite amicable demand, the defendant has failed to pay the balance.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
