Capital One is seeking over $2,500 in sums due

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,500 in sums due from a negligent customer.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Oneita L. Wilkins.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $2,544.04 plus interest. The plaintiff has sought amicable demand from the defendant, but to no avail as the plaintiff has yet to be paid the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789806.
