Capital One is seeking more than $2,400 from a customer

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $2,400 in sums due from a negligent customer.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Brandon J. Boylan.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $2,489.92 which was accumulated through the use of a credit card. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail as the defendant has remained negligent.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789800.
