Unifund CCR is seeking over $3,300

GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $3,300 in sums due from a customer.

Unifund CCR LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Floyd Pitcher.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states that the defendant has remain negligent on a balance due in the amount of $3,304.56 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand but to no avail, as the defendant has remained negligent on the balance owed to the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789802.
