GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking more than $10,000 in sums due from a customer.

Discover Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Michael Fite.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states that the defendant has remained negligent on a balance due. The plaintiff is currently seeking payment for $10,753.13 plus interest and has made amicable demand to the defendant for the sums due, but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Patrick of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
