Synchrony Bank seeks more than $1,600 in sums due

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $1,600 in sums due from a customer.

Synchrony Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kimberly Davis.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff what they owed on a GE Capital Retail Bank account. The plaintiff is seeking $1,628.55 plus interest from the defendant and despite amicable demand the defendant has remained negligent in the balance owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789862.
