GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $11,000 from a customer.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Guy J. LaBland IV.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance due on an account to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is seeking payment in the balance of $11,270.57 plus interest. Despite amicable demand, the defendant has failed to pay what they owe to the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
