Jefferson Capital seeks over $500 on open account

GRETNA – A capital company is seeking sums due from a negligent customer.

Jefferson Capital Systems LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ashley Ratliff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account in the balance of $520.22 plus interest. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed. The plaintiff has even sought amicable demand, but to no avail from the defendant. The balance owed is on a Comenity Bank (Victoria Secret) account.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Patrick of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison.  

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789841.
