GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for more than $14,000 in sums due from a customer.
Capital One filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against G Girl LLC and Ji Hyun Kang.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states that the defendant has been negligent in paying off a balance due in the amount of $14,307.61 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has not paid even after amicable demand was made by the plaintiff.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
