GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $6,200 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Mahmuod H. Sahli.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The plaintiff alleges the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is seeking payment of $6,235.91 plus interest on the balance due. Despite amicable demands, the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.
