GRETNA – A law corporation is seeking more than $3,200 in sums due.

Dwyer, Cambre & Suffern, a professional law corporation, filed a complaint on Nov. 30 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Total Control Technologies LLC and Michael McIvor.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay of a balance that is owed to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is seeking the balance of $3,298.40 plus interest from the defendant and has not received payment despite amicable demand.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by J. Kendell Rathburn of Dwyer, Cambre & Suffern.
