Midland Funding says it is owed more than $3,600

GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $3,600 in sums due.

Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 30 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Nashawn Almadhrahi.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay of a balance that is owed to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is seeking the balance of $3,650.10 plus interest from the defendant and has not received payment despite amicable demand.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 790006.
