GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $1,300 in sums due.
Cavalry SPV I LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Betty W. Reed.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay of a balance that is owed to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is seeking the balance of $1,382.88 plus interest from the defendant and has not received payment despite amicable demand.
