Wells Fargo claims it's owed more than $112,000 on unpaid mortgage

GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for more than $112,000 in sums due.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a complaint on Nov. 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court against John W. Cason Jr. aka John Willie Cason Jr. and J. Dee Cason Properties LLC. 

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid mortgage balance. The suit states the plaintiff is seeking payment from the defendant who has remained negligent in the balance that is being sought. The plaintiff is seeking $112,290.29 plus interest of 4 percent every year from June 1, 2018 until the balance is paid.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. 

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 789805.
