Rushmore Loan Management forecloses on $128,000 mortgage

GRETNA – A loan company is seeking over $128,000 in sums due.

Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Nico V. Figaro.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid mortgage. The suit states the plaintiff is seeking payment from the defendant who has remained negligent in the balance that is being sought. The plaintiff is seeking $128,262.76 plus interest of 4 percent every year from April 1, 2017 until the balance is paid.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid mortgage.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Kristy Massey Finley of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Michael Metnz.
