Capital One is seeking more than $2,100 in sums due

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,000 in sums due from a customer.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court against George E. Roeder.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has remained negligent on a balance due to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is seeking sums due for $2,149.01, claiming the defendant failed in their responsibility to reimburse the plaintiff for the balance accumulated. Despite amicable demand, the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
