GRETNA – A company is seeking over $2,600 in sums due.
Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Madelynn Fellon.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed to the plaintiff for an extended period of time. The plaintiff alleges they are seeking $2,689.48 from the defendant, but that despite amicable demands being made that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff back.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprises, Alabama.
