GRETNA – A man is seeking damages for a fall inside a medical center.
Sherman Reef filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ochsner Clinic Foundation and Ochsner Clinic LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Dec. 19, 2017 when the plaintiff was at the Ochsner Medical Center and was caused to be injured when his foot became stuck on an object that was on the ground. The plaintiff alleges the defendant failed to take the appropriate measures to ensure the plaintiff was not injured.
The defendant is accused of negligence for an incident which took place.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by William Mustian III of Stanga & Mustian in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael Mentz.
