Guard service claims customer owes more than $6,100 on an open account after the customer was negligent

NEW ORLEANS – A guard company is seeking more than $6,100 in sums due.

VInson Guard Service Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 27 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Contemporary Family Service Inc.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The plaintiff is seeking $6,146.79 plus interest, claiming despite amicable demand, the defendant has not settled the debt.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by Robert Walsh of Jones Walker LLP in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette Irons.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 2018-11923.
