Delgado Community College is seeking over $900 from a student who failed to pay for her time at the institution

GRETNA – A community college is seeking over $900 from a student.

Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a complaint on Dec. 7 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Sabrina Ann Taylor.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the plaintiff is seeking $992.73 plus interest of 33.33 percent. Despite amicable demand, the plaintiff alleges they have not been paid the balance owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jessie Cannon of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 790214.
