Lemans Village HOA is seeking more than $1,100, alleging that a resident failed to keep up with monthly payments

GRETNA – A homeowners association is seeking over $1,100.

Lemans Village Homeowners Association Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 7 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ana Richard.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the plaintiff is seeking a balance of $1,150 for sums due for monthly payment for the plaintiff's property to the defendant. The plaintiff alleges amicable demand has been made but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jerry Sullivan of Leefe, Gibbs, Sullivan & Dupre in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 790185.
