GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $3,100 on an open account.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Araceli R. Ruiz.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due on an unpaid account. The plaintiff is seeking damages for $3,179.84 plus interest. The plaintiff has sought amicable demand for the balance due but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
