Capital One claims it is owed over $2,700 on open account

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,700 from a customer.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Nikita M. Jackson.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for the balance due. The defendant is indebted for the balance of $2,758.80 plus interest. Despite amicable demand, the defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Charles Dismukes of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
