Capital One sues individual for more than $2,700 in sums due

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $2,700 in sums due claiming that a customer failed to pay.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Moustafa S. Elkarany.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $2,785.66 plus interest. The plaintiff has sought amicable demand from the defendant, but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Charles Dismukes of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.
