GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for more than $5,500 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ligia Figuero.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off an open account in the balance of $5,584.38 plus interest. The plaintiff has sought amicable demand from the defendant but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Charles Dismukes of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
