Capital One seeks more than $3,900 on open account

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $3,900 in sums due.

Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Charles Cave.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The defendant has failed to pay off the balance due for the amount of $3,981.98 plus interest. The plaintiff alleges it has made amicable demand to the defendant but to no avail.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Charles Dismukes of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John Molaison Jr.
