CMG Mortgage seeks over $350,000 on unpaid mortgage

GRETNA – A mortgage company is seeking more than $350,000 in sums due.

CMG Mortgage Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Willie Patterson Jr.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of a mortgage. The plaintiff is seeking the balance of $353,435 plus interest of 3.625 percent. The plaintiff alleges the defendant has breached contract by failing to pay off the balance owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid mortgage.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Smith of The Law Office of Dean Morris in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.
