GRETNA – A medical rehab company is seeking over $5,000 in sums due.
Eastbank Medical Rehab LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Maria Bonomo.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance and breach of contract. The suit states the defendant was given medical services by the plaintiff but that the plaintiff is still seeking payment from those services. The plaintiff is seeking $5,808 plus interest but has received no payment as of yet.
The defendant is accused of sums due and breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Daniel Buras of Chehardy, Sherman, Williams, Murray, Recile, Stakelum & Hayes in Metairie.
