Eastbank Medical Rehab seeks over $15,000 from former patient

GRETNA – A medical company is seeking more than $15,000 in sums due.

Eastbank Medical Rehab LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jonathan High.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due. The suit states the plaintiff provided services to the defendant, but the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $15,359 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due and breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Daniel Buras of Chehardy, Sherman, Williams, Murray, Recile, Stakelum & Hayes in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
