Eastbank Medical Rehab claims former patient owes over $10,000

GRETNA – A medical company is seeking more than $10,000 in sums due on an open account.

Eastbank Medical Rehab LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Andrew Lebrane.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due and a breach of contract. The suit states the defendant was issued services by the plaintiff but the defendant has not paid off the balance owed to the plaintiff. The defendant is allegedly indebted for the balance of $10,830 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due an breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Daniel Buras of Chehardy, Sherman, Williams, Murray, Recile, Stakelum & Hayes in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
