Eastbank Medical Rehab seeks more than $7,000 for services rendered

GRETNA – A medical rehab company is seeking more than $7,000 in sums due.

Eastbank Medical Rehab LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Dememkeoin Durio, individually and on behalf of his minor children.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due and breach of contract. The suit states the defendant received services from the plaintiff but has not paid the balance due. The plaintiff is seeking $7,022 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due and breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Daniel Buras of Chehardy, Sherman, Williams, Murray, Recile, Stakelum & Hayes in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
