GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $125,000 from a mortgage.
Pacific Union Financial LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Stacy M. Lawson.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid mortgage. The balance the plaintiff is seeking is $125,916.55 plus interest of 3 percent.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid mortgage.
