Chase Bank seeks over $321,000 on an unpaid mortgage

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $321,000 from an unpaid mortgage.

JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Vaughn A. Breaux.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid mortgage. The balance that the plaintiff is seeking is $321,733.14 plus interest of 3.375 percent.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid mortgage balance.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Daniel Reed of Seale, Smith, Zuber & Barnette LLP in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald Rowan Jr.
