Hancock Whitney Bank seeks over $6,500 on unpaid auto loan

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $6,500 on an auto loan that was not paid off.

Hancock Whitney Bank filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Dana Olavarrieta Galvez.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid auto loan. The suit states the plaintiff is seeking is $6,506.59 plus interest of 7.74 percent.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid loan.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Clay Legros of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
