GRETNA – A loan company is seeking more than $135,000 in sums due.
Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 18 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Paul Leal Jr. and Monica Lachute Leal.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an unpaid mortgage. The suit states the plaintiff is seeking is $135,002.80 plus interest of 4.125 percent.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an unpaid mortgage.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Corey Giroir of The Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.
