Barclays Bank seeks more than $10,000 on an open account

GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $10,000 on an unpaid balance.

Barclays Bank Delaware filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Annette Wade.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has remained negligent in a balance due. The plaintiff is seeking payment of $10,727.29 plus interest. Despite amicable demand, the defendant has allegedly failed to pay off the balance due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
